Having started the business with raising trouts to fingerling and adult sizes, YELKEN Ltd. has recently broadened its product range by including aquaculture as well as fresh water and salt water fish processing to enable clients to obtain all kinds of fishery products in one place.

The company focuses on farm-raised trouts, seabass and seabream; but all fish from the Mediterrenean including shellfish are also available either fresh or in IQF state.

All products are processed by experts with state-of-the-art technology, which comply with EU standards and HACCP and delivered to final destination in their optimum freshness without breaking the cold chain. The quality assurance programme focuses on the scientific monitoring of farming and processing to ensure that consumers receive the most safe and wholesome products possible.
